Rates there run $1.66 to $6.50 per ft², typically $3.07 — about 10% above the city-wide figure, and the only place in the listing where floors above 10,000 ft² exist at all.
The suburban nodes price by product, not by distance. Blazer Parkway in Dublin ($4.61–$6.97 per ft²) and 2000 South Front Street in the Brewery District ($4.47–$6.97) are the most expensive per foot because their inventory is small, fully fitted suites. The value corridors are 2323 West 5th Avenue ($1.45–$2.94), 6100 Channingway Boulevard on the southeast side ($2.09–$2.84) and the Crosswoods pair on East Campus View Boulevard ($2.37–$2.90).
What that means for a 2026 requirement
Because 115 of the 182 units are under 1,000 ft², Columbus rewards small and mid-size tenants: a downtown address costs under $1,000 a month if you accept a sub-200 ft² suite. Large requirements have the opposite problem — only nine units exceed 10,000 ft², and all of them sit downtown, so a full-floor search is really a search across a handful of addresses.
