Both are small-suite, fully fitted products — the highest per-foot rates in Columbus, worth paying only if the fit-out has real value to you.
The value ring: West Fifth, Channingway, Livingston, Polaris

How to choose
If staff commute by car from the northern suburbs, Polaris, Crosswoods and Westerville cut real time off the day against a downtown address, usually at a lower rate. If the business needs the courts, state government or the Statehouse, downtown is not optional — and it is also where the cheapest single rooms sit.
