470 Olde Worthington Road, Westerville
Listed twice for a combined 28 units, 16 of them private, at $2.71–$6.32 per ft². Suites run 97 to 3,089 ft² and $467 to $8,371 a month — the widest range of any single suburban address in the listing.
100 East Campus View Boulevard and One Crosswoods
Two listings on the same Crosswoods address, 29 units and 17 private offices, $2.37–$2.90 per ft². The entry point is $320 a month for 129 ft²; at the top, 5,597 ft² costs $14,950 and 5,490 ft² in the neighbouring listing costs $15,100. Consistently the best rate-to-size ratio in the northern suburbs.
4449 Easton Way
Sixteen units, 10 private, $2.63–$5.15 per ft², $831–$15,073 a month, 161–5,726 ft². The Easton address carries a premium over Crosswoods for the same footprint — that premium buys the retail district, not extra space.
6100 Channingway Boulevard
Twelve units on the southeast side, 6 of them private, $2.09–$2.84 per ft², from $270 a month for 129 ft² up to 1,227 ft². Nothing large here, but the cheapest small suites outside downtown.
